- Annual Rental Income
The flat/villa owner shall get the expected annual rental as:
- 1 BHK Flat - Rs. 2 Lakhs
- 2 BHK Flat - Rs. 3 Lakhs
- 4 BHK Villa - Rs. 6 Lakhs

SGM 4 Multiplex
Raghunath group offers the following Income Plan to its investors after leasing out their prestigious project SGM 4 Shopping Mall, Multiplex & Hotel to reputed National/International Brands/Hoteliers/Multiplex operaotrs.
- 11% Return PA on investment to the Investors till the date the property is handed over to the Lessee. After that investor will get return by way of lease rent minimum 11%.
- If the lease rent is less than 100% PA, then the difference will be accomodated by Lotus Infra Projects (P) Ltd.
- If the lease rent is between 11% to 12% PA, it will be good luck of the investor.
- And if the return is more than 12% PA, then the additional return will be shared equally by the investor and Lotus Infra Projects (P) Ltd.
- It is a normal practice that the investor /owner of the leased property shall get 3 months lease rent and 3 months security in advance on leased property from the lessee +10% minimum increase of rent in every 3 years.

- Completion date of the project shall be october, 2009 with +- 6 months.
- Maintenance of property managed by professional company.
- Every Owner of the leased SGM-4 property shall be provided additional facility of free stay in Hotel SGM-4 for 12 days annually (one room for two persons) and 24 multiplex tickets annually for the next 10 years.
- All the owners will get the Raghunath Group pride Owner's card. Through this card, they can avail attractive discounts/entry/preference in all our projects throughout India.

Terms & Conditions for Residential Projects
- 100% power backup
- Free Car Parking
- Housing loan from Authorized Banks is also available.
- All the owners under Assured Rental Scheme will be offered 40 days free stay during the calendar year at their respective villa/flat like:
- November to January - 10 days
- February to June - 15 days
- July to October - 15 days
- Owners opting for Assured Rental Income Scheme are expected to have confirmation atleast 15 days before their arrival, to avoid non availability of flat/villa.
- Owners under assured rental income scheme will not be required to pay maintenance charges/corpus fund and electric meter installation charges.

Note
| Normally the rental income on residential property is between 3% to 4% but our project offers much more income in the form of Income from property, free stay in property and expected huge appreciation due to the booming real estate business in Goa. |
